Somatic Art Psychotherapy

Build confidence navigating your inner and outer landscapes.

An Invitation

A woman sitting on a city sidewalk at dusk with blurred city lights and buildings in the background, wearing a gray checkered blazer and maroon pants.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect, and make sense of both your inner world and the life you’re living. I support adults who have been shaped by challenging or traumatic experiences, desire more aliveness or alignment, feel caught in anxiety or unhelpful patterns, or are seeking more meaning and ease in their relationships. And in themselves. Together, we create space to expand into the depth and texture of the human experience and into your own potential.

I also support helping professionals, entrepreneurs and business owners, and therapists who want to explore their relationship to ethical power-leadership, identity, meaning, purpose, lineage work, and deepen their capacity for their gifts, shadow integration, and presence.

My work is grounded in the understanding that our inner lives are shaped not only by personal history, but also by culture, identity, power, the environment, and the systems we move within. Drawing from over a decade of clinical practice and 20 years in the mental health field, including as a Board Certified Art Therapist, EMDR therapist, and as a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist (Somatic Therapy), I support healing and resilience by working with the intelligence of your nervous system and your creativity, inviting greater aliveness in the life you're living.

Please reach out with any questions or if you would like to schedule a consultation to learn more about what working together may look like for you.

LGBTQ+ Celebratory Therapy

I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and also identify as a Queer therapist myself. In addition to my private practice, I founded True Essence Therapy, which is a medicaid & private pay group practice with several skilled licensed LGBTQ+ affirming therapists who provide quality holistic therapy services. Many Queer clients struggle to find affirming services, so I find it important to provide specialized services for LGBTQ+ folks.
