Fees, Insurance, Helpful Information

Therapy Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes, offering a bit more time than the standard 50-minute session to support deeper work when needed. Sessions may integrate a range of therapeutic approaches.

Session Fee is $250 (50-60 minutes).

Insurance & Reimbursement. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Or, to submit to your HSA/FSA account.

Reduced Rate Services. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots to support accessibility. Occasionally these become available. That being said, I also work with a small skilled team of clinicians I closely supervise who offer reduced rate services and accept medicaid at True Essence Therapy.

Good Faith Estimates are your right to receive estimated costs for therapy. These can be provided during initial intake and as desired throughout therapy. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to receive these.
