 Fees, Insurance, Helpful Information

Therapy Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes, offering a bit more time than the standard 50-minute session to support deeper work when needed. Sessions integrate a range of specialized therapeutic approaches.

Individual Session Fee is $250 (50-60 minutes).

Supervision & Consultation Sessions are also $250 (50-60 minutes). Occasionally I have reduced rate sessions ($200) for Sensorimotor Psychotherapists completing their consultation requirements.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) sessions are generally 2 hours, sometimes more. Rates generally run $500 per journey. A prescription/assessment will need to be obtained from a medical prescriber prior to the session. I have trusted prescribers I refer to and am happy to connect you to a prescriber should we plan a KAP session together.

Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy. Scheduled for approximately 6 hours at Reflective Healing in Fort Collins. A journey day is $2,225, which covers the healing center reservation and regulated medicine (provided by the healing center). Prep and integration sessions are billed separately at my standard rate — at least 2 prep and 1 integration session are recommended. If reduced rates are needed, we can discuss options & availability.

Reduced Rate Services. I work with a small trusted team of therapists whom I closely supervise who offer reduced rate services $105-165 and accept medicaid at True Essence Therapy Team. One of our True Essence Therapy clinicians also offers reduced rate Ketamine-Assisted Therapy sessions.

Insurance & Reimbursement. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Or, to submit to your HSA/FSA account.

Good Faith Estimates are your right to receive estimated costs for therapy. These can be provided during initial intake and as desired throughout therapy. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to receive these.
